Chicken liver masala

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver – 300 gm
  • Onion – 2 (big. Chopped)
  • Oil – 4 to 5 tablespoon
  • Garlic – 7 to 8 pods (crushed)
  • Curd – 2 to 3 tablespoon
  • Chili powder – 1 teapoon
  • Pepper powder -1 teaspoon
  • Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste

Preparation Method

1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion to it and saute until it turns translucent.

2. Add garlic paste to it and saute for 2 min. Then add washed chicken liver to it. Mix well. Add coarsely grounded pepper and cumin powder.

3. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and mix well.

4. Add curd to it. If you don’t want curd you can avoid it. But curd gives softness and nice taste to liver. so I will add curd to it. Let it cook until oil separates. This would take nearly 7 to 10 min.

Chicken liver masala is ready.
